From what I see of RDW989 photos...
From my vantage point, it will start making its appearance once it reaches (surpasses) the height of this tower crane's cab.

Couple more floors and this one should start shooting up. Very exciting times. Not sure which building I'm more excited to watch go up, this one or Kengo Kuma's.

This one will be nice when it's completed, but Kuma's project is a lot more visually interesting at every step of the way.

Looking forward to a crane lift from my vantage point.
This site does not have much room for storing mast segments. When a delivery arrives I'm assuming the tower crane will be raised on that same day.

Here is my future look at The Butterfly from my window on Burrard st. at Drake st.
My reference are The Patina (42fl) and educated guess on St-Paul's Hospital's height.

Cool gif, will probably be a bit taller from that vantage though judging on the size of the St Andrews condos to the left.
