This one is a real head scratcher, I really don't understand the City's rationale here.
I do hope they are pushing for more density on the corner and have had discussions with the developer to that effect. This also was lacking the commercial density they are floating for the Arbutus corner so that may have also been one of the big knocks.
Either way yet again a poor process from the City results in confusion as to the direction of not only this site but the Broadway corridor in general.
