I would replace Rogue Kitchen with the Keg. Nothing bad with Rogue just not a big enough name.

Does anyone know if the developer has indicated when occupancy will start? (Not an owner, just curious to see what kind of rental rates the condos will get.) Thanks

EV stall.

"We are excited to share a very limited opportunity of upgrading your Parking Stall to an EV parking stall. For only $8,000 plus applicable taxes, you can upgrade to a stall with a 220V Plug. Please email us at ... if you are interested in the upgrade. Availability is very limited and and offered on a first come, first serve basis."

I wanted to purchase an additional parking stall and change the colour theme..

"This is an upgrade to one parking stall not an additional stall. If any parking is available we will let you know. I will put you on the wait list. Also, it is too late to switch colour schemes as the unit is close to closing July - September 2021."

Yah the units would be finishing by now, color scheme changes you typically need to do before your floor is completed construction. Not surprising. For the additional parking stall, sounds like wait list, but $8k is not that bad for an upgrade to 220v EV depending on the amperage. May be something to consider.

I can't be the only one who thinks this is a bad idea, right? To have two sets of lights so close together, two sets of intersections, two crosswalks... It can't work out well, can it?

^ Exactly what I was thinking, but who knows.
City traffic engineer have signed it off and I have more faith in Surrey traffic engineers than the rest of the region.

Tweaking signal cycle would be sufficient for short-run and future extension of Whalley Blvd to 96 Ave would divert some traffic off of KGB.
Also there is road dedication within Holland Park for University Dr/134 St extension.

This looks like a mess of an intersection.
That left turn lane is especially bad. Is that lane for the first turn, or the second turn? The painted median means you technically should be in the left turn lane well before the second turn..

The old intersection is still being used, where the new one isn't opened yet. Hopefully they do change it soon as yeah, it's a bit of a disaster right now. Cars keep stopping at the wrong intersection lines and seem unsure.

Yeah, it's to align 98B Ave on the West side with George Junction on the East, vs currently the road is a little offset and doesn't line up.
