BIG proposal!
The bulkiness of the building and its street level presence leave a lot to be desired, IMO, but it certainly represents an unprecedented vote of confidence in the South End and a major density boost.
A couple of the more interesting amenities on offer include an electric car-share program (great idea!) and an on-site café. Considering the location right next to Tin Can Beach, it would be great if the café was accessible to the public as well.
