I was by the site yesterday. The glass is almost completely finished, and they installed the Effort Trust sign. Should have snapped a pic.

I'm really happy with the way this is shaping up. It's great to see a new modern building in Gore Park with the other historical Victorian era buildings and not some replica.

Of course, I don't want to see any buildings being knocked down to be replaced with a modern building. However, the former building was like your typical suburban TD Bank branch.

Walked by today. Looks great. Effort could use with an updated logo though.. it’s odd seeing this ultra modern building with this 70’s era logo on the side.

That first shot @theRistman is a nice perspective looking towards Gore. When Cobalt is completed on the left, will provide some nice depth.

Retro ET elephant (looks sort of like a 60s Expo logo) and the new building are a nice compliment to the Park. Goodbye early 90s suburban TD bank branch.

I'm pleased with the outcome. It's what they proposed and it has replaced an absolute eyesore in the Gore. Yay!

If there were a bunch of buildings like this around Gore, I would hate it.
But on its own - I really like it.

Yes, wouldn't want this all over the place, but I would love to see a tall office building in town with that glass. Dare to dream.

The trees def help break up the starkness of the building face.. doesn't look like they've even finished plywalling the pillars though since the last pic.. which is kinda odd.. has work ceased on this?
