The building is 465' tall from the main floor. If you went with 10' floor heights it's be 46.5 storeys. The top 40' of the building is mechanical.

Actual floor are 42. I think 39 is the last residential, with amenities on the 40th level.

Does anyone remember when they had RGB LED light strips running vertically on 360 Main? It seemed they were testing it out but never followed through. I wonder if this feature will be showcased on the vertical "fins". Would be great for the skyline.

Yes, the fins on the sides will have a continuous LED “neon” strip going all the way up.

Steel going up again. I was driving north down Pembina just after Stafford and realized how massive this project is becoming. Still a couple floors to go too.. any predictions on when we'll see it top out?

It’s such a colossal organizational shitshow around here, it’s hard to guess. I’ll throw June out as a rough guess based on the hearsay.

June? That's 3 months away and only like 40 feet of vertical core growth left. Mind you, wouldn't even surprise me at this point.

Look how long it’s been sitting at its current level. That alone should offer insight on how inefficient this GC is. Look back at page 1 and see how long it’s been just to get to this point.

They start the process of taking down the climbing platform next week. It will take a month and a bit to remove it. Top out is early July.

The core is done...in concrete. I believe it is at 41. The rest is structural steel for the roof and mechanical levels.

For once I’m gonna say something positive on this thread. The new Earls is going to be extremely mint. From the drawings I’ve seen, it’s going to look real nice in there.

A big draw for me to go to Earls on Main was the free parking (ya, I'm cheap). Anyone know if free parking will still be offered?
