I wonder what the redevelopment is going to be, residential? or what? anyone know anything? I heard about this location closing just the other day.

A longstanding Vancouver White Spot location is set to close permanently this spring
The impact of COVID-19 was part of the decision to accelerate the redevelopment of the site.

Another chapter is ending in the story of the Vancouver-based White Spot family restaurant chain, as the company prepares to close the doors for good at one of its longstanding locations.

The property has been sold and is slated for redevelopment; a new White Spot is not in the works for the location.
