Dec 15 has come and gone, and the site still looks the same. A little disappointed but not surprised.

Not promising. They bought themselves a month of goodwill, but that's gone now.

Whoa - hol up.

Were they really telling their buyers in June 2018 that the building would commence construction by Nov 2018?

If so...Even knowing what I know about the project, that's even more fxxxed up than I initially thought.

This tower is basically forgotten in the midst of other developments in Surrey that are going forward without issues.

Oh interesting. I would told by a source who was inolved with the demo process of the sales centre that they had plans to demo it back around that time. Not a good sign that this didnt happen thats for sure..

I hope this project ends up happening because downtown Surrey could use another hotel and more restaurants bars. But at this rate I would be shocked if it gets built

I think this project is dead and well see the land go back up for sale. I feel back for whoever put money down on a place.

Maybe I’m an optimist, but I still think the developer is going to pull this off.
