Ritz isn't fully dead, more indefinitely postponed. There will still be a second tower coming to that site, and as another poster mentioned, no work will begin until Travis I is complete.

Drove by the site this morning and there were a couple of Bartlett Tree Service bucket trucks hacking away at the trees for what it's worth.

Something is going to be built there. I wouldn't be surprised to see the site Demo'ed and cleared before the wait begins.

Looks like this one has been axed completely as the land is now for sale.

Not surprising at this point, but bad news none the less. That was a quality project.

Worth noting that the parcel footprint has increased. It now includes Gus’s Fried Chicken. It’s now the entire half block.

The parking lot wasn't even permitted. Intracorp's LLC was sent a code violation from the City today for not having a permit for the lot.

I take it they found a buyer. It’s no longer listed on Loopnet.

According to Travis Co. property records, the LLC that owns the property is still connected to Intracorp.

Nothing to report

But just passed by this for the first time today since demo... it looks A LOT better and appealing now that it's gone. Maybe just in time for SXSW and the people visiting town? Hopefully it gets activated
