Okay but that completely depends on your location and business model though. Perhaps in your example, her business model suited an area with higher foot traffic? Honestly I don't imagine that Blenheim & W. 16th attracts a lot of foot traffic since its in the middle of SFH land with a big avenue at the intersection. And from what I can tell, The Local Farmer Market looks like it's still open there
(has it been open for a long time?)? Unless of course that's just a chain? Happy to learn more about that business' background if someone has the research
