I've been watching that core going higher, but not the floors. Looking down at it (as the tweet image shows) there's no obvious rebar to continue forming concrete columns, so I was wondering if the frame shifts to steel from this point up. There's no commentary in DP report, and the rezoning was for the previous design by different architects, so that's not relevant. The
architect's website doesn't mention the structure either. I guess we'll see soon.
