Drove through Downtown today and instead of being in awe of the construction (which I should have been because there's tons) I couldn't believe how much litter & how many homeless tents there were. Not trying to sound inconsiderate as I wish they would build much nicer shelters for those people, but it was bad.
Seemed like a combination of construction workers trashing the streets and covid leaving the streets emptier than usual - near Roosevelt especially. Is there anyone that I can reach out to? I don't want Phoenix turning into Los Angeles
