Those look like possible concrete footings and they also have the drainage concrete rings out as well.

Looks like they're pouring concrete around the base of the crane base right now.

Do I assume correctly, then, that the project status here at SSP Vancouver Forum will be changed to U/C? It gets exciting when a nifty new building starts to rise.

They just pumped in a bunch of concrete to fill in that square hole next to the crane.
