Superette Cannabis looks to be moving into one of the retail spaces

"Superette cannabis retail store has announced plans for a second location in the capital with two others slated for Toronto.

The company says the proposed locations are as follows:

• 852 Bank St. in downtown Ottawa (scheduled to open late spring 2020)"

I agree that the windows are a bit of a loss, but for me the bigger one is the bands around the top and middle of the building. The drawing makes them look like light colored stone, and they accent the building well. Instead, we get black aluminum cladding, which blends into the building.

Hadn't noticed that detail. Agreed; stone would have been better as well.

I really like the first two floors! The design is simple but looks great. It's nice to see this bit of Bank Street filled in. Although, the top doesn't flow so well with the bottom. But I'm not such a fan of composite architectural panels or insulated metal panels anyway.
