Who said anything about tall? lol I've begged for a sea of 300-600 footers and we seem to be getting just that. Downtown doesn't need five 1k footers and 3 1500 footers at its curent state. It needs exactly what its getting right now, 300-600 footers here and there with a surprise 700-1k footer in the mix. Once the construction boom starts to edge eastward and finally get on the doorstep of skid row, and I mean 6-8 developments of decent size (and height), THEN i'll say that's when we should be looking for the 1500 footers. We're honestly lucky we have 2 1k footers with possibly 2 on the way.
2 because i really hope that 9th and fig tower that is currently proposed at 975 feet gets a 25 foot wilshire grand spire on the top
