Looks like they saved the outer shell of that late 1800s building just to the south of the Guaranteed Fresh Milk Bottle. What is going up there?


And I really miss that CIBC antenna.

I had an office in UdeM once. The view was very nice. This is one of the finest art deco buildings in Canada

There are actually two towers going up at the same time side to side. This is the other one.

There are actually three towers in going up in that area. The crane is for Roccabella sur la Montagne.

Love the Winnipeg shot. I think it has one of the most "American" looking downtowns in the country, and I mean that as a compliment. The ball park, grand boulevards, solid pre-war stock in the exchange district. The train going through is the icing on the cake, it just looks industrious.
