One building is underway and the second one has its steel going up and the third has its foundation and floor in place.

Thanks Josh_cat_eyes!

Here is the plan for the North Campus portion of UPEI. The roadway presently being put in place with the additional roadway connecting University Ave at Enman Cres. is just a part of this plan. If this all goes we should see a considerable amount of work in that area.

Other than where this new road connects with University Avenue, the road is nowhere near the alignment / location shown in their official plan. It’s such a joke...spend all this money on a vision and a plan, then not actually follow it.

You're right on that! If you look a the South Campus map, the new residence
doesn't even look the same to what they are building now. It's more like a guide and not a plan.

It’s pretty ugly. I’m not of fan of the metal siding, looks good in industrial parks on warehouses.

The office building is well underway with the steel going up for the
main shop. There is a storage building in behind that has the steel frame in place. Work is moving along without delay.

Three projects that have made this area a very busy spot.

Edit to add: orange paint recently was put down to show the new lane markings, and how the lanes will curve around what will become a dedicated left, and a big time hazard.

They have removed the left hand turn arrow and have a no-left hand turn sign on the median pole. Looks like they must have had a lot of feedback on this idea. It was all the university's idea to have that left turn and use the inside lane. If there is going to be a left, the median barrier has to go. There isn't one at the Browns Ct intersection, why should there be one here. For now, the left is gone.

East Coast Trucking

After losing a good portion of the structure to a strong wind a few weeks back, work continues, and with most of
the walls and roof up, it should be well closed in by Christmas.
