I agree he may be getting his hopes a bit high but it could all depend on vanity height. 1 Vanderbilt is 1400 feet high (1300 w/o spire) and due to high ceilings and a lot of vanity height managed to be well above average for its respective SF.

If this building is the same, with nearly a MSF more than 1V, proportionally it could hit 1800.

Nothing wrong with a new tallest
