why 88 parking stalls for 46 occupants, 40 of whom "will not have vehicles"? I'm not familiar with blueprints--help!

maybe for staff to park? those places usually have staff working in them.

It says "2 per unit + visitors = 88 stalls" and then right under it says "4 stalls provided for staff only, residents will not have vehicles" - that's confusing...

I think that may be allowed and proposed.
88 allowed, 4 proposed.

Interesting new insights into the Surrey arena, courtesy of the Daily Hive. Seems as though there is a new player in the mix. I'm surprised to see the Centre Block is being considered as a site for the arena.

Ditch the protruding floor and heighten the crown and it wouldn't be too bad.
EDIT - changed my mind after looking at the comparison!

Not nearly as sleek as the original rendering.
Too fussy like a Henriquez design.

Atrium and catwalks are nice though.

Thanks!

Ah, thanks!

Mixed feelings. Sadly it appears to have lost a little height, but is still decent, guessing around 165 to 175 meters?

I liked the scallop carved into the old design, but over all I prefer this design (it just needs to lose the protruding box).

Hopefully these both go through. That would be a nice entrance coming up the hill into City Centre.

Anyone have any idea what is going in here? I believe the site is 9683 137 St behind the Browns. Cosmos shows it as a neighbourhood park, but there is currently a crane being erected on the site.

Tower is a bit less interesting, but the podium is waaaay better if they go with the detailing and materials shown in the ground level level renders.
