Yes the show room displayed a sliding mirror but in the actual unit the mirror just opens and closes. It’s exactly the same as the picture, no sliding feature.

Oh my god that is super disssapointing, I was really looking forward to that.
I know of all the shortcomings this project has presented, the sliding mirror feature is pretty insignificant, but still....

Yah if you haven't done your walkthrough yet, don't have too much expectations. They were working on the waterfall outside of the building when I was there. The lobby is not even close to being done with only lights installed. There was no concierge table or anything, just some random chairs.

Photos from Sep 13

Looks like the balcony frosted glass dividers are up now. Also, the waterfall display has red paint or something. Wonder what that is.

Outer paint looks completed now too.

There's also a pile of material in front of the waterfall display. Could that be the glass doors for the 1-bedrooms that was missing during the walk-throughs?

Does anyone know if they are still only doing the first 10 floors for orientations? I talked to them mid August and they were just starting orientations for those floors.

My suite is on the 35th floor so I suspect it'll still be awhile before I am able to schedule anything. I'm also assuming there's still no concrete completion date yet?...

Last orientation email I got was at the end of August for floors 5-16.

No. Radio silence for the past few weeks except for an email inviting us to buy an extra storage locker for 3k

Latest updates:

Thind Properties is diligently working towards obtaining occupancy for both towers within the next 2 weeks. Based on this schedule, we are anticipating completions to commence in early to mid-November. For those who have not yet completed their homeowner orientation and deficiency walkthrough, please be assured that you will receive an email to book an appointment prior to your completion date.

I can't believe how 'whiteness' has become a visual relief. Here and Laugheed Heights . . . they are like fresh air to the eyes . . . to the greys, blues, greens, foams, blahs!

Just noticed - the 3 floor grid is the same as that stated (but not rendered) for the Phase D towers at The Hub (King George)

I heard the developer is being sued because they converted 1bed units into JR 1beds without informing the purchasers. Does anyone have any details about that?

What’s a 1 bedroom JR? Is that basically a studio?

$719,900 for 627 square feet? over $1100 per square foot.

Smaller square footage, and the doors to the bedroom in the JR is a sliding glass door instead of regular door.
