Did it ever open? I don't think they've tried selling the second tower yet.

In 2019, Avison said it would start in the first half of 2020 and complete in mid-2023.

https://www.avisonyoung.ca/documents/957...8fd-4785-9fdc-55480b78967d?t=-1095059688

Their 2020 report has it listed as Q3 2023.

Penthouse Concrete Pour Today

My apologies for my low effort in capturing the pour (from Anchor Point 1 roofdeck). Taking a page out of officedweller's M.O. manual (A reference of this forum community asking or wanting more)

Photos are screen captures from video - https://youtu.be/8aURv2W4jRA

Reliance has not yet launched public sales for the second tower. I'd expect them to do so soon, the market seems to be coming back pretty well.

I haven't driven across this bridge in a while.
I like how its getting more narrow at the top. The tiering of the last few floors is making appear taller.

Maybe I'm biased, but I'm still loving the tower.

Put me down as a fan as well.

The tapering really brings out the height.

Wow, thats a fantastic webcam to check.

The skyline looks really wide and domed from that angle, and will look even better when the Butterfly goes up (and hopefully other 500'+ tall proposals)

This tower really has an impact, and in a very good way!

Great shot, thanks!

It has really lived up to its render viewed from Burrard Bridge.
