I don't have one, but the only angles that would show any change in the last month would be ones that see the SW end, to see the steel for 5M and the frame of 30 Otis rising. maybe slight change in 75 Howard on the east, but overall minor from that side
UC Hastings College of Law and South Carolina developer Greystar said Wednesday that they have broken ground on a $282 million mixed-use student housing project on the edge of the Tenderloin.
The 14-story, 356,000-square-foot building at 198 McAllister St. — designed by architect Perkins and Will — will include a mix of residential units with 667 beds, 50,000 square feet of office and academic space equipped with classrooms, an auditorium, trial and appellate courtrooms and 8,000 square feet of retail.

It probably won't help as much as the Hastings lawsuit but the fact that it doesn't have the raised patio area with big blank walls facing the corner sidewalks like the building it replaces may make a different (along with the students living there):
10-12-2020 - went by this one on the way to get the flu vaccine today. Between Van Ness & Franklin on Eddy. This is the one that blocked the drive-thru to Burger King on Van Ness. The site was previously a parking garage.
Love the Hastings rendering. I hope the eventual building is even half as cool as the picture. Back in the day Hastings wanted to run a porous 'urban campus,' but it's been a fucking mess over there for at least 15 years. One Hastings grad and a former forumer would occasionally spend the night at our place to enjoy just one peaceful night--back before our own neighborhood became a zombie disaster zone, of course.

I do use the advanced search in that manner and always bookmark San Francisco projects, as well as ones elsewhere that interest me. It’s just really helpful to provide a link to a new thread so we can go to it immediately and bookmark it.
BTinSF, later Pedestrian, has opened and had moved a great number of threads over the years on the Forum. I’ve always been very grateful for that!

This project won't have a thread because I don't believe it meets the 120 ft minimum test so you posted your photo in the right place.

SoMa supportive housing project on former federal property breaks ground

San Francisco city officials on Thursday broke ground on a new supportive housing complex in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood — set to add 256 units to the city’s affordable housing stock once completed by late next year.
The development, at 1064 Mission St., will provide housing for adults and seniors who are exiting homelessness, and it will also be home to the city’s new Homeless Services Center, which will include the San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team, the Street Medicine Team and the relocated Department of Public Health Urgent Care Clinic. The project is part of the mayor’s Homelessness Recovery Plan, which aims to find treatment for some 6,000 San Franciscans experiencing homelessness over the next two years . . . .
The project is being developed by the organization Mercy Housing. Once completed, Episcopal Community Services will operate it. The development is being built on a former parking lot for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The city acquired the site back in 2017, buying it from the federal government for just $1 for the purpose of developing housing for the homeless . . . .
In addition to housing and the Homeless Services Center, the development will also be equipped with a 6,000 square-foot commercial kitchen space for Episcopal Community Services’ Conquering Homelessness through Employment in Food Services, or CHEFS program. The 12-week program helps formerly homeless residents gain experience through hands-on training and paid internships at local restaurants.
