No real fixed seating, no. Some bench style on the perimeter, but nothing fixed. As for capacity, hard to say given the design/layout, but I'd guess 50-100 could be squeezed in depending on the stage.

Not liking the beige/brown on augustana but I’d take 100 more of these throughout downtown as a good filler with decent looking podium.
Add many many cx grandins to that mix as that’s turning out to be a good looking building.

^^kinda ugly. Could've been worse i guess. If it wasn't for its height, it would certainly be lost among its surroundings. As mentioned above, provides good filler and decent podium.

Incredibly sad that over 10 years ago the gardeners were kicked off this site because of the developer and it still sits vacant and unkept.

I believe that also house some of the tunnel ventilation equipment.

Saw a photo with large concrete ducts running down to the tunnel entrance.

regardless of whether it’s housing a vent shaft or traction control, i’d really like to see edc’s comments on it...

it’s about as sensitive to its neighbours as boarding up their windows with plywood.

A buddy just bought this penthouse unit in the Ten. 2 bedroom 2 bath, Great location and is now undergoing renovations. I have only been there during the day, but he says at night all the ambient color lighting from Rogers etc make it look unreal. He is also going to cut through the ceiling to have roof access.

Roof access location....looks like a big job. The white box is an infrared sauna that will be removed to allow more room for roof access construction.
