I share the concerns of two Board members regarding the materiality of the smoke stacks and the metal cage down the cliff. It might be better if the smoke stacks had a more brushed steel, concrete/stone or copper material; basically something less reflective (copper is reflective at first, but dulls out within a couple years). Having greenery grow on the metal cage would make it blend in better IMO.

Overall though, this is a fantastic project. If it had only been about upgrading the plants, it would have been worthwhile if maybe a little boring for most, but the public space and stellar architecture makes this quite exciting.
