There was a sign. It was located.on the front of the building at the top right corner, that part that is being renovated now. It was a request for franchisees for East Side Marios, that I know, and the other may have been Coras I believe. It wasn't by the road. I took a picture of it but that was over a year ago. If it's not ESM or Coras, I hope it's not a Pizza Delight. Something different, please!!.

Lot 18-2 Sherwood Road (PID #455642)

Request to amend the Official Plan designation from Industrial to Commercial and to rezone the subject
property from Business Park Industrial (M-3) Zone to Highway Commercial (C-2) Zone in order to construct
three (3) apartment buildings that will provide 200 dwelling units.

Not sure if this will be a go or not. The property is zoned as Industrial. There
was an application up the Sherwood Road further for apartments and they were denied. The argument was to leave industrial zones intact. The difference here is, just behind this development is the Minna Jane Dr apartments therefore leaving open the possibility of this as a continuation of that apartment development only by another developer. We'll see!!

Ironwood Apartments ++

An early morning photo of the Ironwood Apartments on Kensington Rd. They have reached the forth floor and soon to add the roof.

The second image is of the two additional apartments. The foundation work has started for those.

Request to consolidate two properties in the Light Industrial (M-1) Zone in order to construct a building for (MF Schurman Company) containing a warehouse.
A fence is being installed and a ramp is being installed from the Kent up onto this property.

UPEI Residence / MultiFunction

The building is now getting larger. The height is maxed out and the steel
is continuing along University Ave to finally to become another residence of
five stories.

This development will be no more than 300m-400m from one of the Airport runways !

I would not want to live there.

The North/West corner of that lot is actually 760 feet from one runway, and 740 feet from the other runway. Terrible location for housing.

Lots of houses out there now. Personally, I wouldn't mind it. I like aircraft!!

NEWS

APM's EastCoast Trucking build was destroyed by wind today. No injuries, thank goodness!! Rebuilding will begin immediately I'm sure!
