Thanks for the update. Good to see TD bank moving along.

Scissor & Comb said to open November 2020.

2 TDs in the same shot!

Looks like there are supports for a Rec Room sign that will prevent windows from opening (?) if they swing out.

I've noticed the last few times walking past that there is a window missing at the Rec Room space and also that the windows look like they can be opened up

When I went to redeem my welcome gift for moving in the mall staff told me to expect November for food court opening. Looking at the state of its construction, I'm not so sure, but it's possible!

I think the TD across the street is slated for redevelopment right?

---

I popped by again for Starbucks, I find its easiest one to get to and find parking on my way home, anyway they have paved that area and there is a ramp that will link the boulevard an dthe old mall road.

will provide some more parking. The parking just to the north was always empty and underused, nowadays that parking area is usually close to full.

Is the Rec Room still going to open this year? Or has it been completely scrapped? Was really the only thing I was looking forward to in this project.

They've been hiring supervisors recently so seems like it's going ahead.

You're looking forward to the Rec Room and I am praying for a T&T Supermarkets as usual haha If this mall plans to have a supermarket, it obviously needs to differentiate itself from the nearby Save On and Wholefoods. That's something T&T can provide in spade! Just do it!

If Brentwood is still aiming for the upscale retailers, at least shoot for an Osaka.

Technically it would be the Shoppers at SOLO.

So in terms of grocery stores, the area seems ripe for one.

Any grocery store that would open in the area has to compete against Save-On, Whole Foods, and Costco, so if one were to open it would have to differentiate itself somehow. Does Loblaws have a brand that would serve a niche like T&T/Osaka would?
