Looks like over wins, how long does it take to raise a crane, i guess they would rather work in -20C in the wind at 300plus ft.

That seems more realistic, but if you were on this site, you would not think that was so unbelievable after all. Site and schedule are a complete trainwreck right now. Zero organization.

That is likely the final crane jump at floor 33. Two months between jumps seems about right.

Lease signs are down in both old Scotiabank units in Winnipeg Square and construction appears to be happening behind the walls. Same goes for the old TD in 201 concourse, new hoarding up.
