Given the rate of change in the Horseshoe Bay neighbourhood, and of course the overall rate of change in West Vancouver, I highly doubt that it will "blend right in" by 2030. That's not to say that it won't eventually feel "normal", but for now it is on a very different scale from the rest of the Bay. Edgemont Village, in North Vancouver, has seen a number of three and four-story developments over the past decade or two, yet new large developments still feel "out of place".
