So far Clockzilla’s only trips overseas have been middle eastern. Russia appears to have some worthy foes though.

Stunning photo Chad! The sun rays shining through Telus Sky’s balconies looks amazing. East Village coming along nicely too.

That's exactly what I thought as well.

Great shot Klazu. Was that from today? If so Vancouver was a lot brighter than Victoria, very dark all day, zero hint of any sunbeams and was quite cold, only 14 or so for the high, although it was originally forecast to be into the 20s.

Here's a few shots from today:

Never thought I'd see anything from Grozny in this thread. Grozny (which, fun fact, loosely translates to "terrible" from Ivan the Terrible/Иван Грозный) was home to one of the most horrific tower proposals I've ever seen, called Akhmat Tower/Башня Ахмат. It was later refined to something more palatable, but ultimately cancelled.

Great Calgary shot.
Looks like the west coast fires are smothering the lower BC...

My shot from a couple months back:

Little Italy/Dow's Lake skyline with Trillium Line progress. The infill Gladstone Station will be built behind the bridge in the foreground.

anyone out here, willing or able to put together a future skyline model for Ottawa?
I'm really eager to see how the skyline will turn out with the Albert st. and carling ave. developments in the mix. just curious

Thanks! Downtown panorama is from earlier this week as one hasn't been able to see Downtown since Friday when the smoke got a lot thicker.

Someone on the Ottawa Forum created a future skyline that includes 5 towers proposed in the traditional downtown.

The NCC has images of their LeBreton Flats plans with 900 Albert in the background:

And a 2013 model of what Preston-Carling could look like:

There is is something about the colour of the light and the natural landscapes in Nova Scotia that can give Halifax a real UK look.
