In other news, there's a zoning app out for a few new buildings at "The Shops at Big Deahl" at Kingsbury and Blackhawk. This was probably already talked about before but there's another zoning app about it. In total 3 new buildings with 487 units and 237 parking spaces, with retail apart from what is already U/C.

1. 28 story (300 ft) building with 327 units, 160 parking spaces, and retail
2. 10 story (124 ft) building with 126 units and 43 parking spaces
3. 7 story (90 ft) building with 34 units and 34 parking spaces

This is on a vacant lot and right near SoNo East and the Whole Foods there. Indoor climbing gym part of the same development was already under construction:

The sections I bought was around $1k. When I made my NYC purchase, they actually comped me a new version of the tile for River Point and 150 N Riverside.

I actually did start creating my own frame about a year back, but was so distraught when I realized that I made an alignment measurement mistake and would have to redo the whole thing over again! LOL... will get back to it at some point (hopefully over the holidays).

Are you referring to the Science Museum lego model?

First off, thanks so much for sharing so many posts over the years. It's been such a joy to see a new post from you every now and again! Although I've had to make hundreds of updates to my model over the last 15 years or so due to the ever changing skyline, all of the current updates to my model would probably take less than an hour to recreate. My model is just the efforts of a guy putzing around on GE. Your model is something truly to behold.

And your NYC model is just jaw dropping... simply amazing work! Are you going to create an NYC model page as well? Would love to see it.
