I don't get this so called "park". I guess grass, fountain and a bench or two would have been too much to ask for.

The empty lots that Vancouver House was using for staging were all cleaned up. I guess they've finished all the work on the buildings now. Just some cars using part of the yard for parking.

The 601 Beach Crescent public hearing is in two weeks

I agree with this. For a well used park in a dense area, grass will turn into mud quickly and it's just a huge mess.

The Bentall Centre fountains are getting covered for a wood patio and a LED light installation. I wonder why they're accepting comment, it looks like they were already starting work on it with the fountains already fenced off.

A fair bit of activity at the three-building, old Empire Theatre redevelopment at 855 Granville.

North building well towards gutted, windows out most places except for top two floors of brick building, south end
