Thanks for the great updates Mountain Skyline. I'm looking forward to having someone update on all that's going on in the Southern Metro. It's been a while since we've had someone actually on the ground regularly covering developments in the Provo/Orem MSA.

Utah Valley Hospital Bridge

The Recently completed bridge spans above 500e from the hospital to doctor offices.

It hadn't dawned on me that the new City Hall was going up on that particular corner. I had it in my head that it was being built at the old Sears/Smiths block. WOW, what a huge game changer that will be for the main downtown gateway. I've been hoping for something like this at that intersection for years.

Provo City Center

The city is going to tear down the old city buildings and has plans for a developer to build something like what FKKR architects came up with. For now it will be a parking lot will be the place joler

Yeah it is realy going to make for a nice entrance to Downtown.

PEG Offices 200N 200W Provo (old sears)

PEG is working on big project on the old Sears block with adjacent high end town homes.


It is taking a while for them to break groun on this project, heavy equipment is onsite, so it must be in the works.

There is so much going on around UVU right now. The UTA bridge, The Hub student housing, The Green Student housing, Woodbury School of business, and the LDS temple! 5 cranes are in the sky

Looks like power lines need to be buried and redue the sidewalks.

Yeah for sure. The Highline project was supposed to be built further away from the street but a mistake was made and they built the building up to the sidewalk. They are now required to bury the lines.
