That tower is turning out to be the mess the renders predicted. The low-rise is still nice though.

I didn't expect the regularization of the corner balconies and the flat facade on the west side.
Both of those complicate the look.

Seems that we have all been in the area in last few days and no wonder as the building has a really special presence nowadays. It truly feels skyscraper height which only few buildings in Downtown give you. I was there on Sunday just before the clouds dispersed in the afternoon.

Vancouver House is really tall considering how much lower is located. Burrard Place has only now surpassed it in height.
