Anything that's currently under construction would either have an older date or not be listed on there anymore. For Belford I see:
6366 Cassie Avenue and 6433 McKay Avenue
Second Reading 2018 June 11
6444 Silver Avenue
Initial Report TABLED 2018 June 11
So those seem to be going nowhere fast.

I mean, .....perhaps they're prioritizing Sun Towers II which currently IS under construction (excavation phase) and the completion of Sun Towers I which is close to topping out.
It's not unusual for developers to put the brakes on their future projects and slow them down while they try to complete the current ones, depending on how the prevailing market conditions are.
That's what I imagine or suspect happened here or is happening rather than those two projects being completely dead.
With the COVID pandemic lockdown and it's effect on the wider Economy, I imagine the presales for Sun Towers two have potentially taken a bit of a hit and they'd probably hold their powder to see how things shake out next year before getting others projects started up and moving again.
The fact that the City of Burnaby seems to be speeding along or smoothing the path for applications for tower projects elsewhere in the neighbouring vicinity probably bodes well if that many other developers are bullish about a recovery soon. I'm going to go on a wild limb and guess that the type of people (and income level) that will be hardest hit by this Pandemic "recession" are likely not the kinds of people who would be buying into these kinds of condo projects or would be deterred from doing so.
We should have a more clear picture as the year comes closer to its end and we get a better picture of what the world looks like post-COVID (hopefully?), but I was (pleasantly) surprised to see quite a number of applications being pushed in this latest City of Burnaby page so soon, because at the very least it means that at least some people (construction industry and trades) are getting work, or are going to soon.
