Yes and no. There are multiple high-rise towers in a cluster and a couple more coming along 112st. The stepbacks/setbacks would have created something better at street level, but I am fine with the revision as it does nestle in a little more to quite a wonderful (but evolving) neighbourhood.

6 floors will still play a big role for continuity and density; at this very moment, any projects going forth is a strong positively direction imo, especially in this COVID restraints...

No, they switched this before covid came into the picture. I believe they knew that their previous ask for this site was likely not going to get through Council.

Rental is a resilient asset class, even moreso during a slow economy. We have over 40 registered for our new rental building in West Richie set to open in August and that's with basically zero marketing.

Great to hear! I would love for some Beljan-esque reinvestment in my neck of the woods (Alberta Ave), as we could really use some fresh development (all we have on the go for private investment is Rohit's building at Stadium Yards).

Rohit's development will be a big boost. It's odd as there have been a few sites/buildings we've looked at in the area but nothing's materialized out of it.
