When youre coming up Byron westbound towards Churchill, its a really stunning shot with the crane and building rising above everything else.

Great building, nice Miami Beach vibe to it...too bad it's just another stub in a sea of stubbies.

I find it's quite tall when compared to anything else nearby...

Drove by today - it looks really nice and a good contrast to what is already in that part of Westboro!

The tower itself looks really nice. That podium though is hideous.

I think it's gorgeous. Top notch materials....puts Crapridge to shame. It gives me a Miami Beach vibe.

Does anyone have any experience living in a unit or knowing anybody who does? I am looking for general feedback. Thanks!

I have friends in the building. The river views facing West are amazing, some of the best in Ottawa I think. From what I hear the building is well run and haven't heard of any major issues. One thing my friend has complained about is lack of indoor visitor parking but there is lots around the area outside.
