What's the latest status of this one? I thought it had been approved at council but just the Melnyk/Sens/Lebreton lawsuit was what was keeping it from going forward right now?

Other than in this forum, I've never seen anything that the lawsuit is relevant to whether this is built. Personally, I remain sceptical that it will ever be built at the scale that has been proposed.

I don't know if this has been done regularly, but most of the shrubs on the site were recently removed and put into dumpsters.

Isn't the lawsuit limited to the Lebreton site?
