I am mistified as well. I thought this was part of the Zebra Parkade redo. Unless there are demoing the east side.

only an hvac guy would have "mistified" included in his spell-check as a real word.

having said that, i am also a bit mystified as to what the scope of this will entail as both sides of the actual parkade structure seem pretty integrated for circulation and for exiting.

They will be taking down part of the SWC and that current paved surface lot to do a tower just north of Falcon.

So it will front 104 not 103? 103 facade To remain the same?

Also, tarps are down on 121 west and it may be one of the ugliest most disappointing recent builds... one floor of grey brick then awful random coloured stucco on the rest. Especially considering the massing, this is a HUGE fail. Funny, that I actually inquired at first whether they knew if it was going to be rental or condo because I wanted to buy/possibly customize one for wheel chair access. I assume it’s going rental since no one has followed up since their initial response that it was undecided. After seeing it though, I think I dodged a bullet lol

Please, god of planning, make it imperative that they clean up that horrific rat's nest of HVAC units and ducting on the roof.

Soooooooo Edmonton.

More proof that Edmonton developers all get their sense of good taste removed at birth. Total bush league.

I was So excited for this one because of the courtyard setup. I lived in this great complex in Dublin that also had a courtyard, but there were all sorts of businesses and fountains and even a museum in the courtyard. Im not sure how to share a photo directly from a website, so I just downloaded it. I shared the link after the photo as well though. Not my photo(not sure if this is allowed). This is what this development SHOULD have been (or at least something similar but more appropriate for our climate)...

actually, the roof of the pompidou centre is actually quite clean and tidy. it's the rue de renard elevation in particular that's shameful. imho.

I have no idea what's being developed with that parkade - is it on 103 St, 104 St or both?
