You're not wrong, by and large, especially in the UK (Old Etonians) but also here. In the States, I'd argue the bigger issue is the influence wealthy people exert on politics. In any event, I don't think your beef is with racism though, but maybe capitalism? I don't wish to put words In your mouth or presume your ideologies.
But of course old money families are white, especially in Canada, since white people made up the extreme majority of the population for most of Canada's history as a nation. The racial makeup of Canada's wealthy will probably change as hundreds of thousands of skilled Asian migrants continue to immigrate. And in Europe, the nobility didn't rule over a racialized subclass, it was generally wealthy white people ruling poor white people. Again, your beef must be with class structure rather than race.
Mind you, if you have a beef with class structure and would rather socialism, the BLM manifesto should be enjoyable reading.
In regards to your later Quebec example, the Chateau Clique and contemporaries can maybe be accused of racism against the French, but certainly not anti-White racism in their control of enterprise and attacks on the Catholic Church. The divide was linguistic and religious, but was certainly not White supremacy.
