Good project. Would I like to see more height here? Sure. But I understand the neighborhoods complaints about height, and this acts as a nice step up from the residential streets to the highrises that line the river.

Tacony???? Is the demand there??? I mean, this could be a denser area - good transit access and close to the highway. This could easily develop as more denser, more built up area, but I'll believe this one when I see it.
