Lumina first time buyer
I am new to this and stumble into this forum. Hope I am doing this right. I bought a brand new condo in this property. On completion the condo is actually 20 sf less than the original floor plan. Is this common occurrence ? Is developer allowed to change floor plan with such a large decrease in size?
