I like Churn too, especially their Vietnamese coffee flavor.

LMAO no - this stuff taste like sugar syrup way too dated in quality!

Sweet Republic is hands down best - the flavor/sugar ratio is great and texture reminds you of home-churned creams!

Churn is OK :-D

Your pic is not loading.

PS- Yes Thrifty Ice Cream is great although I know some flavors are a little too sweet.

Check out this slide deck for the site next to the Pier 202 high rise. Has some good nuggets of information in here.

Blue @ Eastline

Couple of renderings of Blue at Eastline, across Apache from Culdesac. This looks a lot more like the original plans for the Culdesac site (Eastline Village).

Is that thing surface parked? That's quite the frontage on Apache. I think I see a bit of retail on that corner adjacent to the light rail station, so that's nice.

Yeah I believe all parking is surface, between the buildings on apache and the single family homes on lemon which I also think is the same development group.

I thought it was pretty interesting at the massive infill about to happen on that rather ghastly section of Apache between Smith Station and River Drive. Wouldn't be surprised to see much of Apache frontage developed between Mclintock and 101 in the next 5-10 years!

1436 s Terrace - quite a few developments have gotten a building permit. This looks like a nice development but it will be in the middle of an old neighborhood. Strange location for this type of building.

Does anyone know what the crane is for that's towards Terrace and Lemon? It appeared over the weekend and I'm not sure what project it's for.
