Why is this thread still named as the address only? Is that formally the name of the project? I thought it was called "Alberni" (not sure if the "By Kengo Kuma" is officially part of the name or not? Or is it really called 1550 Alberni? Just curious because all the other big development are titled by their names except this one?

The first couple floors of this are going to be super interesting to watch go up. That moss garden is going to need 24hr security or it will be taken over by vagrants.

Moss needs lots of humidity to survive. Hopefully an intermittent burst of mist around the garden would dissuade any vagrants from parking there, although still allowing visitors to stroll through.

It is amazing to see the complexity of this project as it rises. I would hate to be the lead engineer on a project like this. Stress level would be higher than this tower!
