By Way Ave - Cornwall

Another apartment building has gone up on By Way Ave, Cornwall. The last time I was over to the area there was only one and it was under construction.
Along with the apartments, there are several duplexes. Lots going on here.

Stratford UPDATES

The APM apartment complex is moving along. More so now that construction
activity has been moved up to a higher level. The exterior with the balconies
are added.

Trees have been cleared beside the Tims in Stratford. Anyone know why?

New apartment on "Apartment Row" in Stratford.

Mac Williams Rd Subdivision

There is a lot of construction of new homes at the MacWilliams Rd
subdivision. New roads have been put in and sewer/water put in place.
This 100 unit subdivision has started to fill in.

BioVectra Expansion

BioVectra is nearing completion of their new expansion. A nice looking
commercial building!

Queens County Highway Depot

The new Queens County Highway Depot which will replace the old Government Garage on Riverside Dr. is
nearing completion. Won't be too long and it will be open.

Where is this located at again? I seem to recall it being near Kent, but I could be entirely wrong.

Brackley Pt Rd. across from the Coca Cola depot.

See the map above. The Coke depot is on the corner across from entrance to the Depot. It's down that street. The building is beside the existing BioVectra building.

The Brick - Charlottetown Mall

The Brick reno for their move to the Mall is progressing with the entrance steel in in place.

The Acadian Dr Penitentiary

, I mean Acadian Dr Affordable Apartments,
is progressing along. Once the fascia and balconies are in place it should be more appealing.

From the May City Council meeting......

"That the submitted design of the proposed addition onto the existing
5-unit apartment building to construct an additional six (6) apartment units at 71 and 73 Upper Prince Street (PID #683748 & PID #359521), be approved."

NOTE: A permit for this new building as soon as they get the permit, inspection and final
occupancy issued for 24 Water Street.

Mt Edward Rd Development

Work is underway here at the Mt Edward Rd development. The water and sewer lines are going in. Electrical after that. First phase should start after this is all in.

Winsloe Apartment on Malpeque Rd.

This is another apartment nearing completion on Malpeque Rd.
in Winsloe. It is just up on the left hand side from the Tims/Irving
intersection.
