Waterfall (39 stories) looks less ready then Starling (28 stories). They yet to remove Man elevator and do balconies. That just a part thats visible from exterior. My personal estimate is late summer at the earliest.

I think you are right. The developer just sent another update email today. They said: "We are working diligently towards the completion of Lumina Brentwood, and hope to achieve Occupancy Permits from the City of Burnaby towards the end of July/early August. Upon confirmation of Occupancy Permits, we will provide you and your legal representative a 10-day advance Notice of Completion in order to prepare for your Completion Date."
They also said that they will contact home buyers next month to schedule for homeowner orientations. However, they only allow approximately 30 minutes for each homeowner orientation/inspection on Saturdays or Sundays. I'm a first time home buyer; isn't 30 minutes a little too short for a full home inspection/walkthrough? Is there any way for the developer to extend the time slot?
