Looks good but I always thought Hamilton's skyline looks weakest from the water.

From the Hamilton side, yeah, it's bloody awful. But from a high point in Aldershot she looks pretty fine.

Starting on the 7th of April, on Caroline street, between King and Main and part of George street also, there will be closure for 2 days on account of the disassembly of the crane. Saw it on a sheet attached to a light post walking by earlier.
Booyakasha!

*Sorry guys, the information sheet I saw is for something else close by. My bad. The crane shall remain for now.

That's a surprisingly decent starting price for rent.

It’s likely for a 300sf bachelor, and that would be pretty on line for Hamilton rents currently. I expect 1 beds here to start in the 1,500-1,600 range with parking and utilities on top of that.

Their site doesn't list any bachelor's available. They likely know with 250 units flooding the market will mean lower rent will be needed to fill it in quickly. As people move out they can jack up rents.

Would this building be under rent control or not? Because if it isn't, then in theory they could get you in for cheap and then raise it later.
