found this on the update to the project:

Public Consultation
Updated April 28, 2020
Upon consideration of concerns raised from residents surrounding the absence of an in-person open house due to COVID-19, we will be hosting a live webinar to provide information about the proposed development and allow the project team to answer the community’s questions.

This webinar will take place on Thursday, May 14th from 6pm-8pm. All participants must register here.

In addition to the emails and questions received to date, questions can be submitted prior to the webinar to [email protected], as well as during the webinar via the chat function. We will try to address as many questions as we can in the presentation slides but will have a Q+A at the end of the presentation for additional questions received.

For those unable to attend the webinar, a recording will be made available which will be posted on this website.

As mentioned below, we will be making a record of all comments and questions received and will be preparing a response document which will be shared on this page along with City Planning in May.

Hmmm I wonder what a good question would be to submit? Maybe what year did Strathcona neighbourhood have its highest population and how much higher is it compared to now?

Interesting points from the presentation:
Proposal is for 322 units, including the 8 townhouses
114 Parking spots for the 322 units (103 would be the min requirement for TOC)
No balconies on the apartment building. Not sure why as concern for environmental sustainability in construction through means such as minimizing thermal bridges would not be in character for this developer.

Did anyone else attend the Q&A webinar last evening? I stayed around, not much new information other than it sounds like Vrancor wants to use a total precast construction method like he is using at 154 Main East. Seemed like no community support whatsoever, from the comments made and questions asked. They did mention it was recorded for those who missed it and will be posted on their site soon.

Regardless, here are some pictures taken on Wednesday. (If these photos aren't showing up, please let me know and I'll fix them. The direct image link that Google Photos is giving me is different from previous uploads, and it may not work.)

Is it legal to obscure a public notice like this?

Lots of these signs on nearby properties:

I'm assuming that your reference is to how I have after all these years finally gotten it right. Haha, thanks if so....I am a slow learner with the 0's and 1's of it all.
