The number of building permits being filed each day hasn't dropped significantly based on my anecdotal observations, and the site plans for large projects are still being updated. That all makes sense because of the lengthy approval process. The one thing that will be affected IMO are groundbreakings depending on how long this goes on and how bad the recession gets. But we weren't going to have many large projects break ground this year any way based on where they are at in the permitting process.
