Great image of Edmonton, love seeing the contrast of hues and leading lines being well used in this composition. Makes the city look prety good as well.

Is dusk the best time for skyline shots? Everything's visible, and the lighting on the office buildings adds drama.

Kind of a shame that the condo cluster south of the Gardiner/tracks wasn't closer to the main Bay St. cluster. Looks like Chicago lucked out having the river run parallel to the lake so that the tracks are away from the skyscrapers.

Sheesh, Chicago is amazing when you zoom in on aerial view in 2D right where those corncob condos are, on the bank of the river branch connecting to the lake. Toronto is always and forever a haphazard city in its built form, for good and ill.

I like the good--I think the good is great--but now and then you wistfully wish for a bit less of the ill.

Oh well.

The new CIBC buildings will really help bridge the gap between southcore and the financial district.

Wow! Fantastic Toronto pics ^ Ditto for that last Edmonton Shot..Love the tint/filter on it.
