Yes. Hopefully we see this one break ground soon as well as their 14th St project.

Love that they’re including retail. Gives parents an option to get a drink or snack when watching their kids at the playground. Initial sketch looks good, although curious about the facade materials.

I love coffee, so I hope there are enough people to support the Land of a Thousand Hills at Novel, Dancing Goats at PCM, and also this new one....once it's finished.

Same here. 2022 should be around the first iteration of New City delivering its projects, too. LTH cafe isn’t at a great location up the hill, so I think that might be the first to fall if any do. But I hope they all do well and we see more proposals break ground in the near future.

The retail tucked in by all the apartments seems to be doing well. Bantam pub and A Mano for example seem to have a strong local following.

I need to walk over that way more often. I didn't even know Ruby Chow's was there.

I agree. The Greystar tower looks great and I look forward to seeing photo-realistic renderings. I imagine it's similar to this only with a greenish facade.

It's in the DC suburbs by the same architect as 1382 Peachtree. I believe the parking is underground.

They're gonna have to do a better job covering up that parking deck on the Greystar project.

The Crescent project is a big yikes especially that parking deck. Let's not go back to circa 1990 urban planning. This legitimately might be the worst project proposed in Midtown in a long time...almost nothing positive about it.

50 of the 284 units will be classified as “micro”. Average micro unit will be 410 sqft.

I like the Greystar building and think with just a little bit of revision to the deck, this could be a great add to that part of midtown.
